PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The honed pipe is processed by rolling, and the residual stress on the surface of the steel pipe has a good sealing effect on the micro cracks on the surface and can prevent the surface from being eroded. This improves the corrosion resistance of the surface and reduces the generation and expansion of cracks, thus strengthening the compressive strength of honing tubes. By rolling the quilted tube, a layer of cold work hardening layer can be formed on the surface, reducing the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding side, thus improving the wear resistance and avoiding burns caused by grinding. After rolling, the surface roughness is greatly reduced and the compatibility of the quilted tube is improved.

The so-called rolling processing is a chip free processing, at room temperature using metal plastic deformation, so that the surface of the roughness of the ground, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of changing the surface structure, mechanical characteristics, properties and size. This rolling machining technology can not be achieved by grinding, and meet the requirements of finishing and strengthening at the same time.

The principle of rolling processing is to use the cold plastic characteristics of metal at normal temperature, using rolling tools to exert a certain pressure on the workpiece, so that the surface metal of the workpiece plastic flow, so as to reduce the roughness of the workpiece surface. Due to the plastic deformation of the surface metal being rolled, the surface tissue is cold hardened and the grain becomes fine, forming a dense fiber shape, improving the hardness and strength of the metal, improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and compatibility of the workpiece surface.

According to DIN/ASTM/EN standard, production specifications: ∮40 ~ 800mm, the annual output is 25,000 tons, and the length of high-precision cold drawing pipe and honing pipe within 14m is 28,000 tons. The products are widely used in engineering machinery, metallurgical machinery, plastic machinery, lifting and closing machinery, mining machinery, road construction machinery, textile machinery, glass machinery and other industries. The products are sold at home and abroad.

13. Difference between honed tube and skived&roller burnished tube: In hydraulic cylinder industry, there are 2 solutions for bore treatment: Honing, and skiving&roller burnishing. Honing or skiving&roller burnishing leads to different internal surface image, but both ensure good roughness.
